ORDERS
Raw & Roasted reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order if necessary. All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability.

- Cash on Delivery (where applicable)
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, except for Cash on Delivery orders where applicable.
PRICING

If any item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, a suitable substitution may be offered by Raw & Roasted. The substitution will be made only after the customer's confirmation.
CUSTOMISED HAMPERS
Customers can customise hampers with the available products displayed on the website.
Cancellations and modifications can be done by customers before the preparation process begins. Once it's started, there is no option for cancellation and modifications.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Normal hamper orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Custom hampers may be cancelled before preparation begins.
No orders will be cancelled when the requests are received after the displayed stages.
DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered according to the delivery process available on our website.
Delivery timeline can be varied according to the delivery location, product availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
BULK & CORPORATE ORDERS
Raw & Roasted accept bulk, corporate, and event orders.
Such orders have separate terms & conditions, including order confirmation, payment requirements, preparation timelines, and delivery arrangements. Customers are requested to contact our team for further details before placing bulk orders.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
